With speeds of between DDR5-4800 and DDR5-6000 and CL timings as low as CL36-36-36-76 across that range, G.SKILL’s promising high levels of per module performance, fairly tight memory timings and an appealing aesthetic with their new Ripjaws S5 series modules.Â
At launch, G.SKILL will only be offering these modules with 16 GB per module capacities. That said, G.SKILL has stated that the DDR5 standard supports DRAM module sizes that are up to 128GB per module. This makes DDR5 memory appealing for those who have demanding workflows such as content creation, video editing, animation rendering and scientific computing. Â
