Sci-Fi RPG Encased is currently free on the Epic Games Store

For the past week, Epic Games have been giving away free PC games every day through the Epic Games Store, and today’s freebie is Encased, a Sci-fi RPG that is inspired by classic RPGs like Fallout. This game will be available for free until tomorrow at 4 PM GMT, after which another game will be made available for free on Epic’s storefront.
Epic Games plans to give away free games until December 29th, requiring only a free Epic Games Store account to redeem these PC titles.
if you are a fan of classic RPGs like Fallout, or modern CRPGs like Wasteland 2 or 3, Encased is a solid pickup. Since the game is currently available for free, it is certainly something that is worth trying if you are a fan of the genre, or sci-fi storytelling in general.
  Encased is a tactical sci-fi RPG set in a dystopian environment allowing you to fight enemies, explore the hostile wasteland, level up your character and join one of the factions – made up of survivors – in the shattered world and cut off from the rest of society.
Enrolling in one of the five wings of the CRONUS Corporation – each with its own features, mechanics and game options – and embark on a one way trip inside the Dome in the quest for unique artifacts as you avoid radiation, anomalies and a whole host of creatures out to do you harm.
You may start as an ordinary company employee but you will eventually become the driving force behind the narrative that takes place before, during, and after the disaster known as ‘The Incident’.
Crafting, combat, negotiation; you’re going to need all your wits about you if you want to survive.
Recent free games from the Epic Games Store include Wolfenstein: The New Order and Lego: A Builder’s Journey. Tomorrow, a new free game will be available on the Epic Games Store, but at this time it is unknown what this game is.
