Here’s what you need to run Wild Hearts on PC

Is your PC ready for Wild Hearts? Here are the game’s PC system requirements

Wild Hearts, the new Monster Hunter-style game from Koei Tecmo and EA, is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S on February 16th, and today, EA has revealed the game’s official PC system requirements though Steam, allowing PC gamers to know what kind of hardware they need to run the game. 

On PC, Wild Hearts will launch on the EA App, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, and by today’s standards, this game’s PC system requirements are on the lower side of the PC hardware spectrum. That said, this game appears to be more taxing on CPUs than GPUs.

Developed by Omega Force, the Japanese studio behind the DYNASTY WARRIORS franchise and in partnership with EA Originals, WILD HEARTS takes you on an epic adventure set in a fantasy world inspired by feudal Japan.

While Wild Heart’s minimum GPU requirements list AMD’s Radeon RX 5500 XT and Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, the game’s CPU requirements call of strong 6-core processors like AMD’s Ryzen 5 2600 and Intel’s i5-8400. Storage-wise, the game requires 80GB of free storage and RAM-wise 12GB of memory is required and 16GB of memory is recommended. 

Wild Heart’s recommended system requirements move the game’s CPU demands up to an Intel i7-8700K and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600, and GPU-wise AMD’s Radeon RX 5700 XT an Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 2070 are recommended. As a DirectX 12 game, Wild Hearts is designed to run on Windows 10 or newer OS’.
