Star Wars Jedi: Survivor receives a final gameplay trailer ahead of release

As past of last weekend’s Star Wars Celebration, EA has released a new two-minute gameplay trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, which is due to release on April 28th on PC and current-generation consoles. This trailer is said to be Survivor’s “Final” gameplay trailer ahead of the game’s launch.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is the sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, taking place five years after its predecessor within a galaxy that has fallen deeper into the clutches of The Empire. Like its predecessor, Jedi Survivor is a 3rd person action-adventure game, and thanks to the power of modern gaming systems, Respawn Entertainment has managed to greatly expand the scope of Jedi: Survivor and deliver impressive visuals.

The story of Cal Kestis continues in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor, an epic new adventure that will push Cal further than ever as he fights to protect the galaxy from descending into darkness.

Picking up five years after the events of STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order, Jedi: Survivor is a third person, narrative-driven action-adventure game from Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC.

Last week, EA updated the PC system requirements of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor to have a 155GB storage requirement. This makes Jedi: Survivor a huge game on PC, and it is likely that the console versions will be similar in size. On PC, Star Wars: Jedi Survivors will be a DirectX 12 game that require a 4-core 8-thread CPU to run, with the game’s minimum required CPUs being Intel’s i7-7700 and AMD’s Ryzen 5 1400. The game’s recommended CPUs are Intel’s 15-11600K and AMD’s Ryzen 5 5600X, both of which are six core, 12 thread processors.

GPU-wise, Jedi: Survivor will require a RX 580 or a GTX 1070 to run, though Nvidia’s RTX 2070 and AMD’s RX 6700 XT are recommended. 8GB of VRAM or more is recommended, which is bad news for users of 6GB and 4GB graphics cards like Nvidia’s RTX 2060 or AMD’s RX 6500 XT.

Below are Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s full PC system requirements.
