AMD promises significant performance gains in Dead Island 2 with their latest Radeon GPU drivers

AMD has officially released their AMD Software Adrenalin 23.4.2 drivers for Radeon graphics cards on Windows, promising gamers up to 15% performance gains in Dead Island 2, delivering optimisations for Boundary, and support for new Vulkan API extensions.

On Radeon RX 7000 series graphics cards, AMD’s new AMD Software 23.4.2 driver can deliver up to 14% performance gains at 4K, and larger up to 15% performance gains are possible on Radeon RX 6000 series GPUs. We hope to start testing Dead Island 2’s PC version later today to analyse the performance of the game’s PC version.
