Lego 2K Drive launching this month – Here’s what you need to run it on PC

Is your PC ready for the “Ultimate Lego Driving Experience”?

Lego 2K Drive is due to release on PC and consoles on May 19th, with the game’s PC version launching on Steam. Now, the game’s official PC system requirements have been revealed, and the good news is that Lego’s “Ultimate Driving Experience” will be playable across a wide range of PC hardware configurations. 

On PC, Lego 2K Drive will be playable on graphics cards as low-end as AMD’s R9 380 and Nvidia’s GTX 960, both of which are incredibly low-end by today’s standards. AMD’s RX Vega 56 and Nvidia’s GTX 1070 are the game’s recommended graphics cards, and those graphics cards were mid-range products from 2016/2017. The good news for PC gamers is that Lego 2K Drive should run like a dream for PC gamers with a more modern PC hardware configuration.

CPU-wise, Intel’s i7-4790 and AMD’s Ryzen 5 3500 are the game’s recommended processors, and neither of them are high-end by today’s standards. Again, this is great news for PC gamers with lower-end hardware configurations, or older gaming PCs. Lego 2K Drive should be easy to run on PC, and be playable at ultra high resolutions and framerates on today’s high-end PCs.

Below are the PC system requirements for Lego 2K Drive. Sadly, framerate, resolution, and settings targets are not listed below, but given the level of hardware that is recommended, it is probable that PC gamers with more modern setups should have no issues running this game.
