Souls-like Lies of P now has a limited-time demo on all platforms

Lies of P has received a new release date and a demo version

At Summer Game Fest, NEOWIZ have released a new trailer for Lies of P, revealing the release date of the upcoming Souls-like while releasing a free demo of the game on all platforms. 

Lies of P is a Souls-like game where players take control of Pinocchio within a dark Belle Epoque world. The game will be releasing on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. Lies of P’s demo is now available on all of these platforms for a limited time. This demo will feature the first two chapters of the full game and will be available until June 26th.

NEOWIZ has confirmed that Lies of P will be releasing on September 19th 2023, one month later than the “within six months” timeframe that the studio promised back in February. In a sense, this means that Lies of P has been delayed, though it is worth remembering that the game didn’t have a firm release date until now.

Lies of P’s limited-time demo is said to feature hours of content, featuring challenging boss encounters and large areas to explore and introductions for some of the game’s key characters. The demo is said to only scratch the surface of the full game’s content, acting as an appetiser for fans of the genre ahead of Lies of P’s launch in September.
