ASRock lists multiple AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics cards with the EEC

AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT graphics cards have been listed with the EEC with 16GB of VRAM

Thanks to @harukaze5719 on Twitter, it has come to our attention that ASROCK has listed two unannounced AMD Radeon graphics cards with the Eurasian Economic Commission (ECC), Navi 32 based graphics cards that feature 16 GB of GDDR6 VRAM and Radeon RX 7800 XT branding. Both graphics cards appear to be Phantom Gaming models, one of which appears to be a white edition model.

Currently, the specifications of AMD’s Radeon RX 7800 XT are unknown, though the graphics card is expected to sit somewhere between Nvidia’s RTX 4070 and Nvidia’s RTX 4070 Ti in terms of performance. This new RDNA 3 based graphics card will sit below AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 XT, and far above the company’s recently release Radeon RX 7600.

Sadly, EEC listings do not feature images of new graphics cards, with the image at the top of this article being of an ASROCK RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming GPU. It is probable that ASROCK’s Radeon RX 7800 XT models will feature triple-fan heatsink designs, and dual 8-pin PCIe power inputs.

With 16GB of VRAM, ASROCK’s Radeon RX RX 7800 XT has a key advantage over Nvidia’s 12GB RTX 4070. With games requiring more VRAM than ever, we expect AMD to use the Radeon RX 7800 XT’s large frame buffer as a key selling point for their graphics card.

Below their Radeon RX 7800 XT, we expect AMD to launch Radeon RX 7700 XT and Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics cards, filling in the large gap between their RX 7600 and their RX 7900 XT.

Currently, we expect AMD to launch their Radeon RX 7800 XT this summer. At this time, the company has revealed no release date for the graphics card, and no specifications for the GPU. We expect to hear more about AMD’s RX 7800 XT soon.
